SAWI – Entities (Providers) Privacy Policy

 

This Privacy Policy explains how SAWI (“SAWI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information related to Entities / Providers, including but not limited to clinics, hospitals, medical centers, laboratories, and other healthcare organizations (collectively, “Entities”) that use the SAWI platform.

By registering, accessing, or using the SAWI platform, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to:

- Entities registered on the SAWI platform

- Authorized representatives, administrators, and staff acting on behalf of an Entity

This policy does not replace:

- The Patients Privacy Policy

- The Doctors Privacy Policy

Each applies independently to its respective user group.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Entity Information

We may collect:

- Entity name and legal name

- Type of healthcare organization

- License or registration details (where applicable)

- Address, city, and branch locations

- Contact details (email, phone number)

 

2.2 Authorized User Information

Information related to individuals managing the Entity account, such as:

- Name and role/title

- Email address and phone number

- Login credentials (securely stored)

2.3 Operational Data

- Doctors and services listed under the Entity

- Appointment schedules and availability

- Pricing and service configuration

- Internal notes or configurations entered by the Entity

2.4 Technical Information

- IP address

- Device and browser information

- Log files and usage analytics

3. How We Use Information

We use Entity data to:

- Create and manage Entity accounts

- Enable appointment booking and scheduling

- Display Entity profiles to patients

- Communicate platform updates and service notifications

- Provide customer support and technical assistance

- Improve platform functionality and performance

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell Entity data.

- With patients, limited to publicly displayed Entity information

- With doctors affiliated with the Entity, as required for operations

7. Entity Responsibilities

Entities are responsible for:

- Ensuring the accuracy of submitted information

- Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials

- Ensuring authorized staff comply with applicable laws and SAWI policies

- Obtaining any required patient or staff consents where applicable

Subject to applicable laws, Entities may request to:

- Access or update their information

- Correct inaccurate data

- Request account deactivation

- Raise concerns regarding data handling

Requests can be submitted via SAWI support channels.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting within the SAWI platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
